Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer support team submitting a ticket to our system, here Contact us. You can also reach our customer support by emailing us at support@yeswechill.com. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION


If you want to change the size, item, or cancel the order, please send us an email within 24h after you placed the order. After this time frame, we can not change anything.


RETURN


We accept returns in cases:
Items are still new, unused, unwashed, and have been received within 14 days after you get the order only.
The item has the wrong size, wrong color, poor print quality, and damaged item.
Or in case you receive the wrong item too
Customers will have to pay shipping fee for returning the item.
We will not handle your case if you send the item back to us without contacting us first.
Please clarify the issue (send us images of the item with the measuring tape if necessary) to the email support@yeswechill.com, we will answer within 24h

REFUND


We accept refunds in cases:
Items are still new, unused, unwashed, and have been received within 14 days after you get the order only.
The item has the wrong color, poor print quality, and damaged item.
Or in case you receive the wrong item too.
Please clarify the issue (send us images of the item with the measuring tape if necessary) to the email support@yeswechill.com, we will answer within 24h.
If it is our fault we will refund you 100%, please wait for 5 to 7 days for the money to be back on your card ( we only refund to the card you use to place the order).
